In 1947, Honor Blackman first appeared on the big screen in Fame is the Spur. After this, she landed roles in movies and TV shows left and right. Among others, she was in The Avengers and Jason and the Argonauts. Thanks to the former, she snagged a spot as a Bond girl. She was in the third series in the franchise, Goldfinger. There is no way anyone can ever forget that her character was called Pussy Galore. How can you possibly not remember that?! In fact, we feel confident enough to say that it is one of the most recognizable characters in the film series.

After this, Claudine Auger went on to take on big roles in films. It was how she caught the eye of film execs, who cast her as Domonique “Domino” Derval in Thunderball. She continued to appear in movies all the way up to the ‘90s.
