Ruby Tuesday is a restaurant company that was founded by Samuel E. Beall III in 1972. Everything was going great about the restaurant’s situation until it faced a financial problem. As of 2019, there are 491 branches of Ruby Tuesday located all over the world, but we all have to expect that number to decrease because the company just recently announced that they would put some branches into closure so that they could focus on other locations that are performing well – in that way, they could cut their expenses and increase their sales at the same time.

Marie Callender’s is a restaurant company owned by the one and the only, Marie Callender. The very first branch of this restaurant was built in the middle of 1948. Marie Callender’s used to keep on expanding because of its huge success as people loved its delicious pies until the owner experienced a problem that had a significant impact on her life. Her beloved husband had died, and it affected Marie Callender – that did not have any good effects on the restaurant company, making them file for bankruptcy that forced them to close many branches.
