The Green Goblin Costume In Spider-Man
Many comic book fans were ecstatic to learn that a live-action film was in the works. They were less enthusiastic after seeing the first images of the Green Globin. Willem Defoe was outfitted in a green plastic suit that looked like it came out of Power Rangers instead of Spider-Man. Kitsch is an apt description. Yet, the actor not only liked the outfit, but insisted on wearing it for all of the battle scenes in the film! To accomplish this, he even studied how to perform his stunts. To be honest, we can imagine how difficult it would have been to recreate his pink cap and boots from the comics.
The Gold Ball Gown In Beauty And The Beast
The gold ballroom gown was easily the most iconic outfit in the animated version of the film. Fans were disappointed to learn that Emma Watson was not dressed in the same way for the live-action version of Beauty and the Beast. They thought it was too simple and small. The ballgown took a lot of time and work to make. In fact, Glamour said that it took 12,000 hours to complete! The actress assisted with the design and described it as “perfect.” “In the end, we decided the most important thing was that the dress dance beautifully,” the celebrity remarked. We wanted it to feel like it could float and fly.”
