Before Disney learned about what Potter did to manage the mosquitoes in the Panama Canal Zone, the filmmaker decided to offer him a job right away. The engineer accepted the offer as well as immediately started using his vast knowledge of pest control to good use! He jumped on the “Project of Florida,” which ultimately has become the Disney World we all love and know.
