If we looked at the menu in Kansas, we could say that it has a unique name. We could eat bierocks, lefse, zwieback, and loose meat sandwiches in that state. The food may be delicious, but it was also not nutritious. The Kansas Health Foundation had recognized the increase of people who were having a weight problem during 2014 and 2015. The authority needed a plan to stop the rising of people who were obese.

Missouri was known for its toasted ravioli, and people would visit to eat that kind of food. It was created in the famous St. Louis. Toasted ravioli may be tasty, but it was also not healthy. It was the reason why many people were obese. 32.5% was the obesity rate in Missouri, and 2/3 of the grownups were categorized as obese.
