In 2008, after Reba recorded her single Cowgirls Don’t Cry, she earned her 56th top 10. It ended up breaking the record as the most top 10 hits of any female country music artist. The record was previously held by Dolly Parton. In the same year, she also announced that she was leaving the record label. After that, she signed a deal with the Valory Music Group.
