Stock up on olive oil and avocados
Part of losing weight is knowing which diet plans make sense and which ones don’t. Fortunately the idea of healthy fats, from sources such as olive oil and avocados, is prevalent in all major diets. All fat is not made equal and most dieters don’t realize that certain fats can be good for you. Seek out foods thta are rich in monosaturated fats, or MUFAs, and add them to your diet. Up 20-30% of your diet should consist of these healthy fats. Foods and treats like avocados, nuts, soybeans, and even chocolate are great sources to eat. Add a healthy dose of polyunsaturated fats, found in many popular fish, for a cholesterol lowering meal option.
