Michael Jordan
Michael Jeffrey Jordan is a retired professional basketball player who dominated in 15 NBA seasons. Along with all the NBA championship titles and other awards that he won in his entire career, he also managed to win a couple of medals coming from the Olympic Games. He got his very first Olympic medal, which was also a gold one, at the 1984 Summer Olympics that took place in Los Angeles, California. Eight years later, he won another gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics that was held in Barcelona, Spain. Now, the NBA legend is working as Charlotte Hornets’ principal owner.
Apolo Ohno
At the Winter Olympics, Apolo Ohno won a total of eight medals, two gold, two silver, four bronze, including having won eight World Championships from 2001 to 2009. When he first became the American speed skating champion, the short track speed skater was only 14 years old. Ohno ended his career in 2013, following his winning streak. Ohno has worked as a motivational speaker, philanthropist, has launched a nutritional supplement company after gaining recognition through his sport, he has also appeared and won on the reality TV show Dancing with the Stars back in 2017. Ohno was even inducted into the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame In 2019.
