They look a lot like American Pit Bull Terriers and are similar in some ways as well. Athletic and agile, they need moderate daily exercise. If they’re confronted by another assertive dog, they will readily engage and the results can turn deadly in a flash. When they get bored and don’t have enough stimulation and exercise, they tend to get destructive.

Independent, intelligent, and a bit stubborn the Airedale Terrier will sure keep you on your toes. They are notorious diggers and will gladly eat your drywall when bored. They’re not great with other animals and need plenty of physical and mental stimulation to control their destructive tendencies.
