Elizabeth Holmes used to be worth $4.5 billion. She started Theranos, a blood testing company, after she dropped out of Stanford. She funded the company with her tuition and was declared a self-made woman. Sadly, her company has seen lots of controversy. From $9 billion, its valuation declined to $800 million. She owns half of the company, but there seems to be no chance for her to pay back investors.
