Bridesmaids is certainly our favorite romantic comedy of the decade! It was comedy gold and the acting was fantastic, period. No one will ever be able to forget the iconic food poisoning scene as the gang was out shopping for dresses. Did you know that Maya Rudolph dropping down in the middle of the street in her beautiful dress was completely improvised? It’s unbelievable, but that was how it was.

Pretty Woman is yet another romantic comedy that has a timeless quality to it. So which scene involves improvisation? It was actually the one in which Richard Gere presents a necklace to Julia Roberts. Gere teases his co-star by shutting the lid of the box just as she holds out her hand. This playful scene was not in the script, but they decided it was worth putting in the final cut!
