The Hangover
The Hangover was clearly comedy gold and we have to thank the actors alongside the writers for this gem of a movie. It deserves a spot on this list for the scene shared by Zach Galifianakis and the baby. It was pretty scandalous and Galifianakis even expressed regrets about what he did: “The one improv that will haunt me for the rest of my life, is the [scene where I] make the baby [unknowingly mimic a sexual act].” However, you should take note that the so-called baby was actually just a doll.

Shaun of the Dead is a pretty unique movie for several reasons. You have the incredible premise, for one thing, as well as the fact that many scenes were adlibbed! This includes the scene where Ed was trying to comfort Shaun. He tells him stories about his regulars and the actors only came up with these tales there and then!
