There is just no way that anyone can claim that Anthony Hopkins is a talentless hack. Have you seen the guy act? His performance in The Silence of the Lambs was extremely wonderful and terrifying. It’s fascinating to know that Hopkins somehow helped create Dr. Hannibal Lecter. He was responsible for some of the cannibal’s mannerisms. Case in point: the hissing sound he makes is all Hopkins, apparently!

Here is yet another world-famous line that just about anyone will be able to recognize. “You talkin’ to me?” We’re sure you can hear Robert De Niro’s voice inside your head right now. That’s exactly why it’s amazing to learn that the line was completely off the cuff. Actually, there were no lines at all in the script because the character was only supposed to be looking at the mirror!
