Blade Runner

While this is technically yet another Harrison Ford movie, let us give way to acknowledge Rutger Hauer this time. Try to recall the final scene, though we bet it must not be difficult at all. The “tears in the rain” speech is one of the most memorable moments in Blade Runner. Hauer decided to alter the lines in the script and that’s how the soliloquy came to be.

Gene Wilder was the only person that the director wanted to play the character of Willy Wonka. Yup, all of this even before Wilder expressed interest. We bet this was why he was allowed so much freedom when it came to characterization. In fact, Wilder himself deserves credit for the way the character is introduced in the film. The duplicitous entrance was a great foreshadowing about the character and it was apparently Wilder who made the proposal himself.
