Psycho (1960)

The public viewers were introduced to the harrowing portrayal of the somewhat true story of Marion Crane in the 1960 psychological thriller film Psycho, produced and directed by Alfred Hitchcock. The story began with a woman who mysteriously vanished after stealing $40K from the company she was working for. When the woman found herself at Bates Motel, the viewers had then discovered that the owner of the hotel, Norman Bates, is also the murderer. In one of the final moments of the film, Hitchcock showed off Norman ‘s actual viciousness and evil mental state. When police finally arrested the terrifying culprit, he then turned to the camera, and there was a superimposed skull revealed over his face. He concluded what he was doing at that moment.
