Meghan Markle is arriving with her mother, Doria Ragland, at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle just before the wedding was scheduled to begin. Her mother is a yoga instructor and social worker in L.A. Doria entered just moments before Meghan. She gave birth to Meghan in August of 1981 and divorced her father, Thomas, in 1987.
