Life After College
After college, Heidi and Ed faced the real world and its challenges, and the couple actually managed to get their lives together pretty quickly. Heidi started working at the Sony Interactive Entertainment as a PR Manager, while Ed went a different route and opened his own independent coffee shop. Throughout all the things that Heidi and Ed went through, they stuck together, supporting each other’s goals, but as they continued to build their careers, the time they spent with each other became less and less. They then decided to look for a place where they can move in together, finally ready to take the next step and settle down together. They had done a lot of work and had saved money for several months, and now, it was time for them to meet each other’s families.

The First Meeting
Heidi and Ed decided to have a dinner party in their apartment and invite their moms, Kay and Fiona. The couple was nervous about this since it would be the first time their moms would meet and the pair wanted things to go well. This moment was important for Heidi and Ed, and also for their families, so the couple carefully planned everything out. When the time came to see how everything turned out, Heidi and Ed saw that their mothers got along quite well and enjoyed the evening as well as the lovely dinner they had shared. Heidi stepped up to tell their mothers that she and Ed were planning to spend their lives together and she said this, “We knew we were going to be together forever.”
