We can laugh when we see tickets piling up on someone else’s car but we probably wouldn’t be quite so happy if it happened to us. Here a very heartbroken person pleads with the parking cops to stop pegging them for the same ticket, over and over. You can’t help but feel immediate pangs of sympathy as this person is clearly doing their best and still getting buried in debt.
