Baby Sloth
We’re fortunate that sloths are very slow. After all, this just gives us more opportunities to admire their adorableness. In many ways, the smiley sloth is unique. For one thing, sloth babies are born with fur and eyes open. Only a few moments after birth they can cling and climb to their mother’s fur. These animals are truly amazing creatures. Sloths move and eat at a glacial pace. Aside from that, they prefer to live in a single tree for the rest of their lives!
Baby Crocodile
When we talk about dangerous predators, we usually think of them in their full adult form. You may be surprised at how adorable baby crocodiles are. One of the planet’s oldest species has existed since the time of the dinosaurs. They are born from eggs, but the temperature of the nest determines whether the baby is male or female. Things can get very dangerous once they are born. In fact, within the first year of life, 99 percent of babies are eaten by larger creatures. This one’s lucky!
