I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love a good spa night, but sometimes you need to mix things up a bit. Try this: exfoliate your skin by creating a paste made up of three parts baking soda and one part water. Rub in gently with your fingertips in a circular motion, then rinse off with warm water.
