Dry Shampoo
Do you know what the main ingredient of most dry shampoos is? You probably guessed it – baking soda. Just make your own dry shampoo and save yourself some cash! Sprinkle a little bit of baking soda onto your hairbrush and brush through your hair. Leave it for five minutes, and then shake your fingers over your scalp to remove any residue. Aside from removing hair oils, the baking soda should add some volume as well!

Fabric Softener
A lot of the time, fabric softeners are full of chemicals that aren’t so good for you. Unsurprisingly, baking soda can replace this household item as well. Just add half a cup of baking soda to a rinse cycle to soften the clothes. It’s as simple as that!
