Christine Baranski as Dr. Beverly Hofstadter
Christine Baranski plays Dr. Beverly Hofstadter, a neuroscientist, physicist, and author, known to be a narcissistic, unloving, and very analytical mother to Leonard Hofstadter. In her career, Dr. Hofstadter has achieved a lot of greatness, except for being a good parent. Christine Baranski has received a Tony Award and several other awards. She also received 15 nominations for the Emmy for her work at shows and films like The Good Wife, Addams Family Values, Cruel Intentions, Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Chicago, and more.
Carol Ann Susi as Debbie Wolowitz
We knew Carol Ann Susi in the show as Debbie Wolowitz, Howard Wolowitz’s overbearing Jewish mother, and even though we never got to see her on-screen, we loved her for her voice, mainly because of her loud New Jersey accent, which made her one of The Big Bang Theory’s beloved characters. Sadly, Carol Ann Susi passed away in 2017 at the age of 62 due to cancer. The producers of The Big Bang Theory sent a message for her after her death, which states, “Mrs. Wolowitz, every time you spoke, we laughed. You’re in our hearts forever.”
