She moved to the United States from Jamaica when she was only 13 years old. She started modeling and even grace the Vogue, Elle, and other magazines’ pages in her youth. After that, she tried her luck in the music industry. She later starred in Conan the Destroyer opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger. She became a Bond girl in the 1985 movie A View to a Kill.
