Paul Rudd

Paul Rudd is definitely not aging – he established a reputation for himself as the ever-so-lovable stud in Hollywood. Rudd was a cheerleader, or “yell leader,” when he was a high school student in Overland Park, Kansas, way before he became one of the industry’s favorite actors. He was also elected president of the Student Body – which does not really come as much surprise as his smile is contagious.  I mean, who could resist him? No one, I bet! Interesting tidbit, cheerleading was a predominantly male sport up until around 70 years ago!

Jenna Dewan

In the 2006 movie Step Up, she achieved success because of her powerful dance movements. This makes perfect sense for her to be a performer. And yet Jenna Dewan was just a regular high school cheerleader in Texas before she began working in Hollywood. Jenna had her first moment in the spotlight in the entertainment industry and started working as a backup dancer for Janet Jackson, the music icon, in 2001. And because she’s all about dancing, Dewan has hosted the reality television shows World of Dance and Flirty Dancing. On Instagram during their cheerleading days, the dancer turned actress posted a sweet throwback photo with a caption: ‘#tbt to Texas high school cheerleader days.’
