Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, or simply Baja Fresh, is a restaurant company that was founded in the middle of 1990 in Newbury Park, California. People loved the restaurant as soon as it opened. However, as years passed by, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill became less popular. Since 2004 the company’s sales drastically decreased – because of that, Baja Fresh came up with a tough decision to close several branches.

Ground Round
Ground Round Grill & Bar is a restaurant company that was established in the middle of 1969 by another restaurant company, Howard Johnson’s in Freeport, Maine. A lot of people used to visit and eat at this restaurant – it had a successful start, and that was one of the reasons why the owners decided to expand. However, it seemed like the company’s luck suddenly went away as they filed for bankruptcy in 2004. With that, Ground Round was forced to close almost a hundred branches. As of 2020, there are only 17 branches left operating.
