You can be the next owner of this costume, Pennywise. It was manufactured by Polyvore and costs 60 bucks. You just have to deliver the pigtails, paint, and red balloon. After all, without these things, it won’t be Pennywise! But the triste truth is that you probably look less adorable than this lady. We think it should not be possible at the same time to be terrifying and lovely!
