Condiments like mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise do not really have shelf lives at all. They are pretty much fresh and delicious forever. However, you have to keep them in the fridge after you open them. It can also be annoying to fit the huge containers inside the fridge. It’s not worth it!

This Costco salsa jar is truly party size. The huge amount is the reason it is amazing for get-togethers. If you only eat them every now and then, you are better off with the smaller one. The huge version will likely spoil before you get to half of it.
