The Jane Outfit In The Tarzan Series
From 1932 to 1942, Jane was played by the stunning Maureen O’Sullivan, who also gave birth to Mia Farrow. She donned a very racy attire, at least for the time. In fact, despite the fact that she was playing a character who lived in the wild, the audience did not approve of her revealing costume. When she went away in 1998, people talked about the notorious Jane costume. “It started such a furor,” the Chicago Tribune cited the actress. “Letters began to arrive. It adds up to thousands of women objecting to my costume. In those days, they took those things seriously.”
What Emma Frost Wore In X-Men: First Class
In terms of designing a costume for Emma Frost, the film’s production team fell a little short. The character is noted for her provocative and sensual clothes in the comics. In X-Men: First Class, January Jones was given coats, lingerie, and capes as she brought the role to life. On the bright side, the star seemed to like this very unusual ensemble. In 2011, Jones spoke to MTV and said, “I have a bunch of extremely intriguing outfits in that movie. There’s nothing quite like a cape to make you feel tough.” Reviewers were not impressed by her costumes or the actress’ performance in the film.
