Just after the sergeant wanted to leave, Troy was able to learn the majority of what happened. To say the least, the rookie cop was not pleased about what he had been told of. The cop’s face was both red and upset, and he reprimanded the taxi driver for suddenly lowering his cruiser. The tow-driver smiled at him and shook his head at him.

Eventually, the cab driver replied. He replied, “My rate of fall is one hundred dollars.” “Are you insane?!” Sarg, you’re not going to encourage him to do this, are you?! “The police officer whispered to the tow truck driver’s sergeant. The sergeant just glared at him and replied, “It’s legal to move any vehicles that block emergency services.” This was not authorized by the rookie cop to actively deter him from wanting to get his car back.
