Holiday In The Wild (2019)
Manhattan resident Kate Conrad (played by Kristin Davis) has planned a ‘second honeymoon’ that she and her husband can enjoy to keep their spirits high after their son leaves for college. However, rather than thanking her, he ends their relationship suddenly, so jilted Kate decides to go on an African safari on her own. During a detour in Zambia, Kate helps her pilot, Derek Holliston (played by Rob Lowe), rescue a baby elephant that has been orphaned. At a local elephant sanctuary, the pair nurse the animal back to health and Kate decides to extend her stay through Christmastime. Without the modern luxuries, Kate thrives amidst majestic scenery and animals. Her love for her new surroundings might end up extending to the man that shared her journey. Available on November 1.
