He told this homeowner that he was sent by the real estate agency after the phone call and wanted to learn more about what he discovered on the property. He asked Christopher to lead him to where the mine was located so that he can see what could possibly be going on.

Together, the two of them walked through the woods to reach the mine. At the time, the sky was a dark shade of gray. It looked like a big storm was on the way! Christopher led Mr. Rudall to the mine entrance but warned him that he had to be careful down there to avoid getting into any danger.
