Klynn Scales disclosed to Colvin that she applied to be a police recruit in Houston, inspired by her childhood hero. His bravery inspired her to become a police officer and seek to improve the lives of those around her. As if it wasn’t enough, their reunion was confirmed as a result of Morgan’s dreams. Klynn learnt her hero’s identity and got a bracelet for him that says “‘Sgt. Jeff Colvin ‘A True Hero'”. Klynn notes on the bracelet that she wanted to memorialize her hero and buddy, stating that he’s been like an angel watching over her.
