Mulard
The words mallard and mule were combined to create this creature’s name. It’s understandable given that it’s a cross between Pekin and Muscovy ducks. This creature isn’t bread because of its appearance, but instead because of its sensations. Mulards are calmer and more hardy, resulting in higher-quality foie gras and beef.
