Rose Felt Bad
Rose felt conflicted after discovering new information about her biological child. What did this mean exactly? She had just given birth after nearly nine months of pregnancy. How can she dismiss this child as though it were not hers? They had shared nutrients and food. She had cared for him and sung to him. She had already fallen for him. Who could assert that this child was not truly hers? She was already curious about what would transpire with him. Were his parents in attendance? Specifically, biological parents. At this point, Rose had begun to regard him as her own son. The physician continued his announcement.
