On and off the screen, Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Joanie “Chyna” Lauer were the most dominant couple in professional wrestling in the late 1990s. Levesque had an off-screen relationship with his on-screen “wife” (wrestling is bizarre) Stephanie McMahon until Lauer turned his back on him. Levesque and McMahon married in 2003, and they are poised to dominate the WWE for the foreseeable future. Lauer, on the other hand, died in 2016 after a drug overdose.
