We are unsurprised to learn that mankind is fascinated by what lies beneath the surface. It’s easy to understand why people are fascinated by the unknown. We have a fascination with the sky as well. We have since learned more about the universe than we have ever known thanks to the efforts of private companies and international space agencies.

While the first artificial satellite was launched in 1957, it certainly was not the last time we have looked up at the sky nor have gotten a view of our world from above. However, it’s a different case when we are talking about what lies beneath our feet. Although we have an of idea what the underground contains, we have barely even scratched the surface, which makes it even more interesting.
