Some of us know that South Carolina has a portion of delicious food in their restaurant’s menu. We could eat collard greens, creamy grits, pecan pies, she-crab soup, fried okra, many more. We know we can’t stop ourselves if we see these foods. However, it was also the reason why the locals were suffering from weight problems. South Carolina was included in the top 10 when it’s about obesity.

Alaska – 34.2% Obesity Rate

In Alaska, the number of adults who were obese increases. For almost 30 years, 13% of the state was known as obese. It was surprising to know that the number increased at an alarming rate. However, The authorities announce that they were taught how to eat healthy food as young children. Residents were encountering weight problems because of the low supply and costly food.
