Natalie Suleman captioned this photo with “Could we be any more vegan?” on her Instagram account. Her six older children aren’t vegans, but her eight youngest enjoy raw greens, so they eat health shakes, golden or red beets, bell peppers, chard, and organic kale regularly in addition to home-cooked meals with quinoa and sprouted lentils. The kids’ desserts, such as the green apple raw almond butter combo they usually have, are also vegan.
