John Stockton – Basketball Coach
You may remember John Stockton and Karl Malone as a formidable combination in the NBA. The former had a selfless attitude toward the game and was content to assist rather than score on his own. He departed from the league in 2003, but he didn’t exactly leave basketball behind. Despite his role as an assistant coach for the women’s basketball team at Montana State University, he regularly instructs numerous youth basketball teams. He is, without a doubt, a fantastic individual.
Bill Walton – Sports Broadcaster
Bill Walton established a name for himself with the UCLA Bruins in the 1970s. After all, he won two national championships with them back then! Following that, he entered the NBA and played for the Portland Trailblazers. With Portland, he won two titles and was named MVP. He retired in 1987 after overcoming his stammer. This aided him in launching a successful career as an NBA analyst for ABC/ESPN, CBS, NBC, and the Los Angeles Clippers. He took a sabbatical for a period but has recently returned to full-time work.
