Whenever people find out about his job, they get surprised. After Adrian Dantley spent 15 years in the NBA, he finished his career with 23,000 points. He was even put up in the Hall of Fame. He first went into coaching then quickly became a crossguard. It was a low-profile position that reportedly paid him $14,000 a year. We can see he doesn’t have a problem with money. He is the kind of person that enjoys assisting people. The fact that it offers health advantages must help. Aside from that, he works as a referee for recreational and high school teams in his free time.
