After 14 years in the NBA, Allen Iverson announced his retirement. Allen joined team 3’s Company as a coach, player, and captain when the NBA’s Big3 league debuted in 2017. He stated, in response to a question about his current position, “I signed up to be a coach, player, and captain. The coach part is going to go on throughout the game. Playing part is not going to be what you expect. You’re not going to see the Allen Iverson of old out there.”
