There are many notable bodybuilders, but few have achieved the level of celebrity that Lou Ferrigno has. Ferrigno is a retired professional bodybuilder and actor who has dedicated his life to fitness. He is best known for his portrayal as The Hulk in the super popular TV series The Incredible Hulk. He established himself as a bodybuilder by winning titles such as “Teenage Mr. America,” “Mr. Universe,” and “Mr. America.” Ferrigno was cast as the lead in the cult classic Hercules. A sequel, The Adventures of Hercules, was released two years later. Lou was actually Michael Jackson’s personal trainer and close buddy.
