A video of a gang of Brazilian pranksters attempting to quickly punish a driver who had driven illegally in a handicap spot went viral. They covered the whole car with blue and white Post-it notes. It keeps track of how long it’s been unattended for and ultimately forms the universal handicap sign. The driver became angry and stormed away, but the video went viral, drawing attention to the issue. That isn’t the only funny retaliation for illegal parking, however.
