As you can imagine, Kelly Clarkson found herself in the middle of a tough situation when the divorce happened. She was a great friend of Reba’s, but Narvel was the father of her husband. Reports say that Kelly tried to get them to remain together. Who knows, perhaps Kelly even worked to help the marriage stay intact for a longer time. Nonetheless, Reba and Narvel were allegedly living separately even years before the divorce became official. Despite all the heartbreak and pain, they remain supportive of each other.

Narvel continued to be her manager, but for a year only after the divorce was finalized. After all, the two had been working together since 1988. In 2016, Rebe thought it was time for her to do things on her own. The same year, Reba launched her own managing company called Reba’s Business Inc.
