The first of several molestation charges against Jackson was brought in December of 2003, tarnishing Jackson’s popstar royalty image. Until dying of an accidental overdose in 2009, he faced more than 20 years in jail if found guilty of the charges against him. Much to the public’s surprise, he was finally found not guilty.

Where to Begin with R. Kelly… In 2002, Kelly was charged with 21 counts of child pornography and a sex tape that showed him having sexual intercourse with a minor. He vehemently denied the charges before they came back for him in 2018. He has been accused of kidnapping young girls and holding them as sex slaves, based on hard facts. Almost every endorsement he’s ever had has been revoked.
