Michael Richards
The “Seinfeld” star launched into a racist rant against a black audience member in 2006 during a stand-style performance in which he humiliated the man. the unfortunate, inexpedient artist retired due to his disgraceful dismissal after acknowledging that he had achieved absolutely nothing.
Lil Wayne
On the other hand, Lil Wayne should have known better. He received a lot of backlash for contrasting the assassination of Emmett Till to that of modern-day sexagenarians. The line “beat the p***y like Emmett Till” in Future’s “Karate Chop” remix refers to a young black man who was murdered in 1955 for reportedly whistling at a white woman. Why would he do anything like that? It’s a line that’s entirely offensive. He apologized profusely and confirmed that he would not perform the song again and that it would be removed from the airwaves.
