Stacy discovered that she had missed several calls from the homeless shelter after checking her phone. The possibility to conceal this information ceased to exist long ago. She took Benji from the man and profusely apologized. She concluded that she must defend herself in order to protect the shelter. She then returned to the shelter with Benji. Every previous owner they contacted provided them with the identical account information. Benji had attacked another animal at some point, so he had to be returned. They now had a firm understanding of Benji, which clarified a number of matters. Why does such behavior exist towards other animals?
