While the idea does sound good in theory, as Jada and Will’s children grew older, their parents started wishing the kids would prefer not to share particular details. For example, Will said that he had a hard time listening to some of Willow’s admissions when she became a teenager.

On The Tonight Show, Will revealed, “As a father, you do not want a circle of safety with a 15-year-old daughter. You do not… I’m like, ‘Baby, you need to start lying!’” As a matter of fact, Will joked he had found it so difficult that Willow had to be passed along to Jada at times. He admitted, “[I’m like,] ‘Nope! You and your mom can talk about that one!’”
