Who would have thought that the Princess of Pop, Britney Spears, could also rock and shine on the basketball court? Her singing career began in high school, but she also became interested in basketball around this period. She was the point guard for the Parklane Academy basketball team during her stay there. Her star, though, was destined to shine brightest as a singer. Spears is considered a pop superstar for revitalizing the teenage pop genre in the 1990s and selling over 150 million albums worldwide. Rolling Stone awarded her classic “…Baby One More Time” the best debut single.

Geena Davis has established herself as a one-of-a-kind performer, receiving several awards on and off the screen. “The Fly,” “Beetlejuice,” and “Grey’s Anatomy” are some of her most successful works. She has portrayed various roles throughout her career, including a doctor, a baseball catcher, and a pirate. Her most spectacular sports achievement occurred in real life when she was ranked the 13th greatest archer in the United States. In 1999, she was one of 300 women who advanced to the semifinals of the Summer Olympics in Sydney. She competed in the Sydney International Golden Arrow tournament despite failing to qualify.
