Elsa Hosk followed her basketball and modeling dreams at the same time. She began modeling in high school and joined the Swedish women’s basketball league while continuing to model on the side. She chose to pursue modeling full-time after two years and relocated to New York. Despite bidding farewell to the court, Hosk told Fashionista that her rigorous basketball training prepared her for the physical challenges of the modeling industry. Hosk has previously worked for prestigious fashion firms such as Dior, Guess, and Dolce & Gabbana. She was a Victoria’s Secret Angel for eight years, appearing in the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show.

Joel McHale – Football

Joel McHale made a name for himself as an actor, comedian, producer, screenwriter, and host. Most people, though, are ignorant of his football career during his college years. He was first recruited to row for the University of Washington but chose to play football. He didn’t have many opportunities to play professionally, but a television career ended up being his fate. McHale is best known as the host of “The Soup,” as well as for his performances in “Spider-Man 2” and “Ted.” He claims to be a Seattle Seahawks football enthusiast while being tight-lipped about his sporting history.
